​Saintwords Solutions Pvt Ltd reserves the sole discretion to approve or deny any refund request for registration fees, advance payments, or full payments toward a Product. However, this policy may be overridden by a separate agreement with Saintwords specific to the Product you purchase or intend to purchase. If applicable, such an agreement may allow for a refund within one week of payment, unless stated otherwise. Once course or product access has been granted to the buyer, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.​

In case of refund and credit the amount to the customer's bank account the process normally takes 5-7 working days.
